Candidates for the position must possess:

Knowledge of all aspects of residential remodeling or the willingness to learn

Ability to represent self & company in a professional manor

Valid driver’s license

Own hand tools & transportation

Lead Carpenters

Minimum 5 years’ experience

Interior finish /trim skills

Willingness to teach others
