Project Manager - Commercial Electrical Contracting

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a driven individual with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the commercial electrical contracting business. While prior project management experience is a plus, it’s not a must—we value deep knowledge of the industry and unmatched work ethic—driven to succeed, with a commitment to excellence and taking ownership of responsibilities

This is a dynamic position with diverse responsibilities including:

Job costing/estimates

Invoice and change order management

Labor resource deployment and management

In addition to your technical expertise, you'll also be working directly with clients, so Business Development is a key part of the role. We're looking for someone who thrives in team environments, is customer-focused, and can handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-10 years in commercial electrical contracting

A strong understanding of the industry and National Electric Code

Strong verbal and written communication skills—able to articulate project details clearly, manage client relationships, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Exceptional work ethic and integrity

Proficient with project management software (all work is done in our digital systems)

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
