Position Summary:

As the inaugural Spa Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for excellence and growth. This hands-on position requires a dynamic, proactive individual who excels in customer service, membership sales, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Spa Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of work area and sauna spaces to upkeep the longevity and quality of the guests sauna experience.

Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a welcoming and serene environment. Address client needs and feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate in marketing efforts to enhance visibility and attract new clientele. Utilize social media and local advertising channels effectively.

Operational Management: Oversee the reservation system, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process. Maintain stringent standards of cleanliness and organization.

Financial Goals: Work closely with the ownership to meet financial objectives. Implement strategies for business growth, focusing on maximizing revenue and client retention.

Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Performance Metrics: Achieve business growth targets, maintain a high Google rating, and ensure staff retention for bonus eligibility.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in spa or wellness center management.

Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.

Proficiency in marketing, particularly in a health/wellness context.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Familiarity with Square reservation system and basic financial management.

Must reside in or near Jersey City, NJ.

Salary: from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
