Position: Part-Time Security Professional

Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays, 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Job Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities:

Patrol common areas, including lobbies, hallways, pool area, and parking lots

Conduct regular security checks

Respond promptly to any alarms, disturbances, or emergencies

Enforce property rules and regulations

Assist residents and guests with security concerns or issues

Collaborate with local law enforcement if necessary

Prepare and submit incident reports

Requirements:

Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred

Strong observational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations

Reliable and punctual
