Security Officers FT/PT

Building Security Services (BSS) is seeking serious candidates to join our team! We are seeking unarmed security officers for sites in New Jersey. Shifts vary.

SHIFTS:

Plainfield (Armed Guards ONLY) Saturday 8AM-10PM and Sunday 10AM-6PM($28/hr)

East Orange - Friday to Tuesday 12AM-8AM ($14.50/hr)

East Orange - Monday thru Friday 8AM-4PM ($15.50/hr) -TEMP

East Orange - Monday/Tuesday 4PM-12AM and Saturday/Sunday 8AM-4PM ($15.50/hr) -TEMP

Jersey City - Saturday and Sunday 12AM-8AM ($16/hr)

Newark - Saturday and Sunday 12AM-8AM ($14.13/hr)

Parsippany - Saturday and Sunday 9AM-2PM ($17/hr)

Parsippany - Sunday thru Thursday 11PM-7AM ($15/hr)

Pennington (20 minutes from Trenton) - Monday 2:30PM-8:30PM and Wednesday/Friday/Sunday 9AM-8:30PM ($19/hr)

Perth Amboy - Monday thru Thursday 12AM-8AM ($15/hr)

Piscataway - Monday thru Friday 6AM-2PM ($17.50/hr)

West Orange (Experienced guards ONLY) - Saturday thru Thursday 6PM-2AM ($18/hr)

Whippany (25 minutes from East Orange) – Saturday and Sunday 3PM-9AM ($17.51/hr)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. a valid NJ SORA security license

All applicants must:

Be detail oriented

Have the ability to communicate with clients, tenants and visitors

Help to cover open shifts if needed

Have customer service skills

Have a professional demeanor

Have reliable transportation
