Seeking Superintendent/ Maintenance Manager

Seeking Superintendent/ Maintenance Manager for 6 residential units in Jersey City.

You should apply to this job IF:

- you live nearby and have your own transportation, are trustworthy, and are looking for a job that takes 1-2 hours per week

- You are looking to rent a 2-bedroom apartment, have qualifying income, and would be willing to do this job in exchange for reduced rent and free parking

Job Responsibilities:

- take out trash / recycling on appointed pickup days

- clean common hallways & stairs - sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect

- clean and mow front and back yards

- keep sides/alleys between house of property clean

- wash down front stairs / sidewalk / driveway

- in winter: salt front porch/stairs, sidewalks, and driveway, shovel if needed

- in winter: check on boilers (are they working?) and pipes (make sure they don't freeze)

- report any issues at the property - tenant misconduct, needed repairs
