Property management looking for field assistant

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FIELD ASSISTANT

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Property management looking for an energetic individual for the following work:

-Inspect apartments and make necessary notes/videos for maintenance dept. to fix

-Meet with inspectors so they can Inspect the unit

-Show apartments to prospective tenants

-Make keys on portable machine (will train)

MUST HAVE OWN CAR

Spanish speaking a plus but not necessary

Work hours - Monday thru Saturday from 10am to 6pm

Pay: $18 hour
