Part Time Licensed Building Superintendent

Need part time Licensed Building Superintendent in East Orange for a 5 unit building. Monthly stipend, plus hourly rate when work is required on the building. Should not require a significant amount of time, so could easily be done in addition to a full time building superintendent role. Must have license applicable to East Orange.
