Client Experience Team Member – Hackensack, NJ

We are seeking a dynamic Client Experience Team Member to join our growing team at our corporate office in Hackensack, NJ. This is an in-office, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) position—no weekends, no remote work.

What You’ll Do

Partner with our sales and service teams to ensure our national clients have outstanding experiences.

Manage client work orders and provide weekly updates, requiring strong administrative and computer skills.

Engage with multiple client team members, using your people skills to guide them toward solutions that benefit both the client and our business.

Occasionally travel for up to three trade shows per year and a few client visits, which may require air travel. Most meetings are conducted by phone, but in-person visits are a valued part of the role.

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional administrative abilities and comfort working with computers.

Outstanding people skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor.

A great phone voice and the ability to build strong relationships.

Willingness to travel occasionally (air travel required for some events and client visits).

A positive attitude and a smile that makes clients feel welcome.
