Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to staff, vendors and customers

Manage front desk activities, including greeting patients, answering phones, and handling inquiries in both English and Spanish

Schedule and confirm customers appointments, maintain appointment calendars, and manage office correspondence

Maintain customer records and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and confidential

Provide translation services for Spanish-speaking customer
