Office Admin Assistant Needed ( Must be bilingual )

Full-time 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday.

We are a large LED light Distributor. We are opening a new office in our large warehouse on a quiet street in Paterson, NJ.

I need a dependable admin who will work hand in hand with me as I grow the salespeople

and field managers.

General office duties include answering phones, writing proposals, ordering supplies, accounts, etc.

Must have good Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Quick Books, and experience using CRM’s a must.

You will be helping with reports on sales from sales agents and all the input from field managers.

I need someone who understands the logistics of keeping up with all reports needed for the general manager.

Candidate must be flexible, professional, detail-orientated, and able to work independently, and dependable.

Must have a driver's license- This is NOT a remote position. You will be working out of our office 5 days per week.

Starting salary is $41,600.

All holidays paid. Salary review after one year. 2 weeks vacation after one year.

Six personal/sick days per day paid. Salary paid bi-weekly direct deposit.

Medical insurance expenses are discussed at the interview.
