Real Estate Office Looking For Receptionist

Responsibilities:
Assist Owner &Director of Administration with various daily duties
Assist Agents with BHHS Resource Center technical support procedures, emailing and technical support.
Develop and maintain file system
Plan Meetings and take detailed minutes
Assist in the preparation of regularly schedule reports
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
Participating in our biweekly office meeting via Zoom or in person
Maintain an organized working environment throughout the office (Remove garbage and recycling and keep restrooms stocked and tidy
Maintain & request folders needed by Agents (i.e. Listing folders, Sales Folders, Seller Kits)
Assist with weekly office updates by providing appointed staff members with required information.
Promptly greet any visitors/appointments when they come into the office (offer coffee or water)
Notify owner, administrator and agents of any incoming calls, or faxes by emailing/calling the agent
Update or create documents as needed per Owner and Administrator's request, assist when needed
Update production board weekly
Design and promote posting for the company on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok daily.
Answer the office phone
Event Planner
Qualifications Needed:
Proficient in Microsoft and Google suites
Experience with all social media platforms
Responsible
Punctual
Teamwork
Communication skills
Creative
Experience with Canvas (preferred)
Benefits:
Salary $19 per hour 8 hours per day, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm (by ADP -by weekly) days are flexible.
All office Holidays off (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year Day etc.)
