Excellent customer service, answering telephones, emails, correspondence, call insurance companies, follow-up calls/paperwork. Have professional telephone manners. Order parts, give job's estimates and repairs. Must be bilingual, English/Spanish/ Be able to multitask, detailed oriented and be comfortable with multiple personalities. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Web searching. Be reliable, punctual, hard working and a friendly personality is a must. This is a full time position Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 5 pm.
