Full Time Customer Service and Shipping Manager

Our office Passaic NJ is looking to fill a Customer Service & Shipping Manager position for full-time, long-term work to start immediately.

Day to day Responsibilities:

- Truck Scheduling

-Shipping and Booking Arrangements

-Keep Booking logs and track of Shipments

-Booking Maintainer (Advance Booking Using Template)

- File Documents (shipping Documents)

- Answer all of the customer's questions to secure that all customers are educated and satisfied with our services.

- Inventory tracking and Manage Logs

The Ideal Candidate should be:

- 18 years or older

- Excellent in communicating with others

- Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)

- Previous customer service experience (preferred)

- Available to work below hours

-Basic Computer Knowledge and Excel Proficiency
