General Laborer / Installer

C&M Shade Corp. is a family-owned small business that manufactures and distributes custom window treatments in Fairfield, NJ. We are seeking full-time employees for production and installer positions to assist in the installation and fabrication of roller shades.

Factory responsibilities will include:

- Measuring and cutting textile and aluminum materials

- Assembling and mounting product components

- Labeling, packaging, and shipping products

- General assembly and labor tasks

Installer responsibilities will include:

- Installing roller shades on job sites (construction projects, commercial properties, or residential properties)

- Taking field measurements for shade fabrication

- Transporting products from warehouse to job sites

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Stated, have a valid driver’s license, and be motivated to learn new skills.

Hourly wage for entry-level positions starts at $17.00 per hour. Hourly wage may increase following an introductory training period.
