Intake Specialist

Compensation: $23/hr (Full-Time, Onsite)

Schedule: Full-Time Hours

Overview:

Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join their team in a fully onsite role. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The Intake Specialist will handle a variety of inbound and outbound touchpoints and play a pivotal role in welcoming and guiding prospective clients through their initial interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism

Conduct first welcome calls with new clients

Manage email communication, data entry, form fills, and CRM tasks

Gather and document all relevant client information

Accurately input data into Salesforce

Strong data entry skills are required

Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned

Maintain punctuality and strong attendance — tardiness has been a major pain point in the past

Additional Compensation Opportunity:

Surveys are sent externally to all individuals you interact with

Positive survey responses translate into real extra earnings

Contract workers are now eligible for these bonuses as well

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Able to work fully onsite

Reliable, punctual, and consistent in meeting expectations

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
