Legal Intake Specialist /Administrative Assistant

Medium-sized Northern NJ Law Firm is looking for a legal intake specialist to speak with potential Medical Malpractice clients.

Applicant must have an outgoing personality, a kind and friendly demeanor, and be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities include:

Speaking with potential clients who call in seeking legal assistance to obtain knowledge/details of their case

Passing the information to attorneys who will evaluate the potential case

Making appointments for potential clients to come in and meet with an attorney

Following up with callers

Document management

Case file organization

Requesting medical records & follow up

Back-up Receptionist
