Attorney or Law Student Wanted - part time

Solo practitioner seeks part-time attorney or law student for help with litigation and transactional work. Experience with landlord/tenant cases, commercial litigation matters and/or real estate transactions helpful. Must be able to work independently. Must be tech-savvy with strong communication skills. Flexible hours. $30/hour to start.
