Associate Attorney -Civil Litigation

Mostly defense civil litigation law firm is looking for an associate attorney with civil litigation experience and an active member of the New York bar (NJ bar welcome as well). The office location is in the center of Greenpoint, Brooklyn and we do not work remotely.

The firm handles all sorts of civil litigation. This is not a personal injury practice. Currently three attorneys in the firm with combined experience of over 80 years.

A successful candidate will have experience drafting pleadings, drafting motions and orders to show cause, depositions, some experience with hearings and trials, and so forth. Looking for someone who can hit the ground running and to start as soon as possible. Include a cover letter specifying qualifications for the position, where you live, and your availability to start.
