Landscape company looking for Crew leader/ Foreman

QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE Clean NJ Drivers License

2-3 years foreman experience

Knowledge of plant material, pruning and pest identification

Experience in all aspects of planting and installation projects.

Experience operating landscape equipment

Able to run a team with members of varying skill levels

Ability to delegate tasks on site to keep crew members working efficiently

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee landscape construction/ installation from start to completion

Prep trucks, equipment and materials needed for scheduled jobs

Communicate with clients if any issues arise during installs

Track job expenses and manage daily timesheets efficiently.

Responsible for supervising and providing leadership to the landscaping crew in installation and management of all types of projects from start to finish

Ensure punctuality and uphold a professional appearance at all times.

Qualification

Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.

Ability to organize tools, equipment, and materials effectively.

Experience operating machinery such as skid steers, backhoes, and dump trucks.

Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift at least 50 lbs.

Effective communication skills with supervisors, co-workers, and clients.

Snow removal experience is a plus.

Must be 18 years or older
