MUST BE LOCAL TO JERSEY CITY. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO BUILDINGS IN JERSEY CITY. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF CLEANING EXPERIENCE.

Service Structure:

Standard Clean:

1 bed/1 bath: | $50

2 bed/2 bath: | $70

3 bed/3 bath: | $100

Each additional room adds $10.

Deep Clean:

1 bed/1 bath: | $70

2 bed/2 bath: | $100

3 bed/3 bath: | $135

Each additional room adds $10.

Add-On Services (each requiring an additional $10):

Move-Out Clean:

1 bed/1 bath: | $120

2 bed/2 bath: | $150

3 bed/3 bath: | $180

Each additional room adds $10 minutes.

Responsibilities:

Perform standard, deep, and move-out cleaning services according to the provided checklist.

Use your own cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner, for all assignments.

Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with clients and team members.

Uniform Requirements: All contractors are required to wear all-black attire or solid scrub sets while performing their duties.
