We are excited to extend an offer for the position of Operations Manager with our well-established and rapidly growing Hardscape and Landscape Company. Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of both our hardscaping and landscaping projects as well as our maintenance services. You will manage a team of skilled professionals, ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency and contribute to the continued growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and coordinate the execution of landscaping and hardscaping projects, from design and planning through to installation and completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Maintenance Oversight: Oversee and schedule ongoing landscape maintenance services for residential and commercial clients, including lawn care, planting, irrigation, pruning, and seasonal clean-ups.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate field crews, ensuring productivity, high-quality work, and adherence to safety standards.

Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with both projects and maintenance services.

Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for both projects and maintenance contracts. Ensure efficient use of resources, minimize waste, and control costs.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations on job sites and during maintenance operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees.

Inventory & Equipment Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials needed for both project work and regular maintenance services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations, project management, or a supervisory role in landscaping, construction, or hardscaping.

Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building, training, and motivating diverse crews.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Experience in both landscape maintenance (e.g., lawn care, pruning, irrigation) and hardscaping (e.g., patios, retaining walls, outdoor features).

Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to changing project demands.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
