Self-Storage & Commercial Space Company Full Time

Seeking someone motivated, focused and energetic to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

-Maintenance: cleaning all storage spaces, bathrooms and common areas

-Physical labor: moving stored items (large and small)

-Daily walk throughs including lock checks

-Welcome and identify customer needs for storage, commercial and warehouse space

-Discuss available inventory, rental regulations and rates to customers over the phone and via email

-Follow up with all customers promptly

-Monitor inventory

-Enter and process customer leases

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in maintenance, and customer service

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

-Self-motivated and organized

-Strong communication skills
