General Laborer

Must be honest, responsible, and have your own reliable transportation, as well as tools.

Worksite is drug, alcohol, profanity, and smoke free. Flexible part-time, 20 hrs/mo. Permanent.

What we’re looking for is someone who has experience:

Paint, fix misc. things, knowledgeable about electrical wiring and plumbing, laying tile.

File simple paperwork with the court if need be.

Get Extra help on an "as needed basis".

Change locks.

Be On Call for emergency needs from tenants, night or weekend.

Climb a 2-story house to clean roof gutters.

Move heavy objects.

Duties also include other tasks or projects, as instructed.
