Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing concerns.

Manage calls, including scheduling , assisting, and maintaining accurate records.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Handle billing and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Assist with facility therapy management and patient education as needed.

MUST HAVE MEDICAL OFFICE OR MRI CENTER EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a pharmacy technician is preferred but not required.

Previous experience in a imaging center or healthcare setting is a MUST

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in computer system, computer skills and Microsoft office
