Cocktail Bartender Wanted

Seeking bartender with classic cocktail experience for our Uptown Hoboken Cocktail Lounge & Raw Bar.

Must have experience and be highly interested in:

Knowledge of all types of spirits (plus wine and beer varieties)

Knowledge of cocktail making techniques & use of bar tools

Creating syrups, juices, garnishes & batched cocktails

Ability to create new & specialty drinks for clientele, expecting high quality craft cocktails

Ability to meet our standards ranging from hygiene, workstation set up/organization, and professionalism

Ability to memorize and follow recipes for dozens of drinks on the cocktail menu quickly

Providing exceptional product and customer service

Ability to be reliable and a great team member

The position is for part time. 2- 3 days per week Will be provided a schedule week in advance, must be able to work Sundays.
