HEAD CHEF & PIZZA MAKER

MOZZARELLA SOUTH ORANGE is currently in search of exceptional individuals to join our team in the back of the house. (PIZZA MAKER & HEAD CHEF). Chef Requirements:

- Must have min 3 years Experience as a Chef.

- Understand Food Cost and Purchasing.

- Know how to Manage Kitchen Payroll.

- Speak Fluently, English and Spanish.

- Manage staff professionally with respect.

- Responsible for Hire with permission of Owner.

- Must be clean and be able to understand Safety Inspections, from Health department, Fire Hazards and other.

- Communicate and Answer to Owner Daily about Inventory, Cost, Menu and whatever else is going on in Kitchen.
