Operations Manager

Mil Gustos Hospitality Group has grown from one to six restaurants. Four restaurants are in Park Slope, Brooklyn and the other two are in South Orange, NJ.

We are looking for a strong and experienced Operations Manager to help run our two New Jersey locations. Our 2nd South Orange restaurant will be opening in March 2025.

This position requires someone that is very hands on, quick and can work well under pressure and maintain a positive working environment. Someone that has experience with the opening of a new restaurant, hiring, training, and marketing experience.

We are looking for people that are passionate about hospitality!

Must have ServSafe Manager Certification!

Must have 2-5 years of experience working as an Operations Manager overseeing more than (1) location at a time and great presentation skills, great winning smile, awesome communication skills and strong leadership skills.
