Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings

Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively

Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times

Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests

Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Qualifications:

Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Knowledge of food and wine pairing principles

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Passion for gastronomy and hospitality
