North Bergen County's high-quality renovation/remodeling company is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Design Assistant willing to collaborate alongside a skilled design team. The individual will be responsible for general office/clerical duties, assisting with preliminary designs ranging from Kitchens & Bathrooms to Whole House Renovations as well as providing design assistance to clients and Remodeling Consultants.

Qualifications:

CAD experience (Chief Architect preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint

Positive attitude and willingness/ability to learn a must

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to multi-task and is highly organized

Reliable & Punctual

Ability to represent self & company in a professional manner

Excellent time management & communication skills

Pays great attention to detail

Great problem-solving & creative thinking skills

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Drafting and 3D Modeling/Rendering in Chief Architect

Selections assistance

Attending existing conditions meetings to measure & survey the space

Preparing layouts as needed for client meetings

Assist in maintaining customer relations from initial design to final completion of projects
