Responsibilities:

Teach property management topics (leasing, rent collection, laws, marketing).

Provide real-world examples and guide students.

Maintain attendance and evaluate student progress.

Requirements:

Property management or real estate experience required.

Teaching/training experience a plus.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
