Prepare net income, gross income and personal property tax filings

Support state and local tax audits

Prepare state and local tax sales, property and payroll apportionment data

Obtain and review state and local tax forms and ordinances from various jurisdictions

Update tax forms to incorporate current year legislative changes

Handle administrative work associated with state k-1 testing

Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have obtained by the start date, or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent program from an accredited college or university

Former KPMG intern or deferred KPMG associate hire is preferred

Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above

Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines

Excellent communication, research, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work

Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) with the ability to learn new analytical tools preferred

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
