Ability to work some nights and weekends.

Valid, US driver's license.

Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record.

Able to pass a background check.

Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.

Must be able to climb 20' ladders.

Must be able to access crawl spaces and attics.
