Bartender / Server - F/T and P/T

Maggie’s at Lakewood Country Club is seeking passionate, outgoing, experienced bartenders to join our team. These positions will include responsibilities as a bartender and server. Both full-time and part-time positions available.

Maggie’s features three venues: a cocktail lounge, a tiki bar, and a sports bar/club.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you enjoy creating a warm and inviting atmosphere and are looking for a great team to be a part of, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment

- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently

- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed

- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations

Experience

- 2+ years of bartending experience preferred

Required Skills:

-Good customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable personality

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients

- Good time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Nice-to-Have Skill:

- knowledge of classic cocktails and the ability to create unique drinks
