We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team.

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping produce

- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes under the guidance of the kitchen supervisor

- Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold high-quality standards

- Proven experience working as a Prep Cook in a restaurant, catering, or similar setting

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Familiarity with culinary terminology and techniques

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Experience in a dietary department is a plus

- Proficiency with knives and other kitchen tools
