Restaurant FOH/BOH

Entering our 5th year of business. This upscale Italian restaurant located on Mantaloking Road

is looking for educated, drama and drug free people who have the knowledge and understanding of how to deal with premier customers and have at least 3 years fine dining experience. The following positions are available:

Host/Hostess must have Open Table knowledge and prior experience in a fast paced restaurant

Servers (preferably Male) . Must have 3 years minimum fine dining experience. Must be able to work ALL holidays and weekends. An average of $200 per shift and much more in the season. Pay is tipped minimum wage and tips.

Food Runner: Food running in a face paced restaurant. Please come dressed like you want the job. Must have transportation and work ALL holidays and weekends.

Bus person - Full time needed, nights only. Must work ALL weekends and holidays. Must be professional and have an eye for detail.
