Must have experience with all aspect of building maintenance.( floor tiles, carpentry,Painting,light electrical,light plumbing)

Must have clean drivers license

Have there own basic tools

Able to work independently

Strong work ethic

Reliable transportation

Drug Free and pass background check

Must be able to work over time as needed

Pay commensurate with skill level
