At McGrath Consulting - We offer all type of construction services to our Clients who are Rental Property Management Companies, Realtors, REO Property Management Companies and so on

We are looking for Vendors to join our Contractor Network to complete work orders we receive from our Clients Are you a Handyman, GC, Electrician, Plumber, HVAC Tech, Appliance Tech or specialize in any traits related to construction - we need you

Basic Requirements:

- You are Insured and Ready to add us as "Additional Insured" on your COI.

- To be Licensed or Non-Licensed as per State Law to complete any Home repairs (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC - mandatory to be licensed)

- To be ready to sign a "One Time Service Agreement" to get added to the Contractor Network.

- To send photographic evidence of Before-During & After photos of all repairs - Bid Request & Bid Approval.
