Facilities Maintenance Tech/Handyman

My company is looking to hire a technician with knowledge of building trades. Candidate must have a clean, valid driver's license and your own tools to complete jobs. We perform building maintenance for commercial clients. Some tasks that you would be asked to do include repairing/installing doors, flooring, drywall repairs, painting, minor plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, fencing repairs and installation, ceiling tile installation, etc. This job requires quite a bit of driving as we cover the entire state of NJ (in a company vehicle). You also must have a smart phone capable of using apps for our clients to check in while on site at jobs.
