Lead HVAC installer

We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to become a part of our team! You will assist with the installation and repair of various machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for visiting homes, assessing blueprints, codes, and manuals to install a variety of HVAC equipment

You’ll also be asked to install heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems

As an HVAC technician lead installer, you will work as part of a dynamic team filling a role that suits you best, whether consulting with customers, repairing, installing, or all of the above

Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams

Keep your company truck clean, inside and out

Perform other duties as assigned

Keep your truck inventory up to date

Tell customers how to properly use their new HVAC equipment

Qualifications:

Understanding of electrical wiring and connections

Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics

Ability to handle physical workload

Ability to work well in teams

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Clean driving record

4+ years experience as an HVAC installer
