Property: 30- Acre Estate

Established family looking for a retired/semi-retired, conservative, fit, active, individual or couple to live on the property in a caretaker’s cottage rent free.

Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance of the property

Oversee contractors for landscaping, snowplowing, tree removal, brush trimming, lawn sprinkler, painting, small repairs, etc., all jobs onsite done properly

Individual or couple will be directly responsible for: Pool maintenance, koi pond maintenance, Chicken coop maintenance, landscape lighting, and other small odds and ends

Some planting/ some gardening

Pathway snow removal and salting

Work and responsibilities require a few hours per day.

Ideally this is for a retired or semi-retired person looking to live rent free in a bucolic country setting in exchange for a small amount of work. Depending on the person’s skill set, tasks or specific jobs that they can fulfill professionally other than which has been described will be a paid compensation.
