Laundry Attendant needed

Sonic Suds is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Laundromat Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English is required, with a preference for Spanish proficiency) and committed to providing exceptional service in a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Laundry Services: Handle wash-and-fold orders, including washing, drying, and folding according to customer preferences.

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with questions or concerns about equipment and services.

Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the facility clean, including wiping down machines, folding tables, and seating areas; take out trash; and ensure restrooms are well-maintained.

Machine Monitoring: Inspect washers, dryers, and vending machines to ensure they are functioning properly. Inventory of vending machines and supplies . Report issues to management promptly.
