HIRING: Residential Maintenance Superintendent

Various positions available- Must be willing to work alongside the Property Manager to assure a safe community and home for our residents. A successful candidate is someone who is motivated and a self-starter with experience leading maintenance staff in all phases of apartment maintenance.

Must be able to multitask, use property management software and implement preventative maintenance systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: inspection of the buildings in accordance with N’Spire requirements; operation and organization of the maintenance shop, including all mechanical equipment; turning apartments; organizing/prioritizing maintenance tasks including work orders and repairs.

Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance program, as well as the rotating on-call emergency request function.

Must have strong communication, customer service and organizational skills. A black seal license is preferred.

A two-bedroom apartment is available. Salary starts at $60K.
