CloudRay, Inc. with over 25 years of experience, is a well-established consulting and staffing firm based in East Windsor, NJ. We are actively seeking Freshers as well as experienced Recruiting/Sales Professional in Industrial(Manufacturing/ Construction) Staffing on urgent basis, focusing on roles such as Forklift Operator, Assembler, Material Handler, Warehouse Worker etc. This position requires a deep understanding of the labor market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruiting and sales both. This is a Hybrid Position.
Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential labor candidates through various channels, including online job boards, local networks,
and community organizations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in need of industrial staffing solutions.
Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their unique staffing needs.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone interviews, to evaluate qualifications, experience, and
readiness for the roles.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific labor staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment
strategies.
Match the candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and availability.
Assist in the onboarding process, including conducting background checks, verifying credentials, and ensuring
candidates meet necessary requirements.
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company policies, including labor laws and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions, ensuring a high level of data integrity.
Stay informed about labor market trends, wage rates, and industry dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and
candidates.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as a recruiter, particularly in high-volume labor recruitment, including staffing for both seasonal
and long-term positions in temporary facilities
Sales and scheduling experience is required
Knowledge of labor recruitment techniques and best practices
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
