Chef de cuisine position for our restaurant & retail seafood market.

Must be highly qualified and have an aptitude for butchering meat, poultry and fish.

Must be able to work well under pressure while identifying and quickly resolve problems.

Superior oral and written skills is imperative.

Ability to effectively guide others and keep employees on task.
