We are looking for a full-time Business Office Manager to oversee all business office operations with excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities. Must be well organized, detail oriented, quick learner and tech savvy. Excellent customer service skills required. The Business Office Manager is a supervisor position that reports directly to the CEO

Experience with QuickBooks online is required for this position

Responsibilities

Oversee all office operations

General Supervision and oversight of employees

Coordination amongst internal teams and departments to ensure a smooth channel of communication to the end customer.

Act as the point of contact between the CEO and the general office

Coordinate weekly meetings.

Some staffing duties

Complete requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.

Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process.

Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.

Complete tax forms

Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements

Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.

Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

3 year experience in customer service -

3 year experience in Office Management

3 years experience with Quickbooks online (mostly A/P and A/R)

Excellent organizational and interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc)

High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

Integrity and professionalism.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits: Individual Health insurance after a 90 day period.
