Customer Service Supervisor

Description This dynamic Customer Service Supervisor position will be responsible for hiring, coaching, empowering, motivating, and managing Customer Service Representatives, ensuring their performance meets brand, company, and department expectations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle diverse challenges, have quick decision-making skills and is extremely adaptable. Day to day responsibilities will include monitoring queues, handling customer escalations, working closely with product development managers, and analyzing data and trends to maximize performance and exceed customer expectations.
