As a Fraud Risk Analyst reporting into the Global Fraud Risk Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing real-time fraud alerts within OFX’s fraud monitoring system, and identifying suspicious activities, including potential account takeovers, scams, and first-party fraud. You are a dynamic individual, and your role is pivotal in protecting and shaping the future of OFX and its customers by managing fraud risk whilst providing exceptional customer support, especially during high-stress situations.What you doAssess fraud alerts generated by the OFX fraud monitoring system and review customer activity versus customer profileInvestigate and identify suspicious accounts and escalate to the Financial Crimes team for further review when necessaryProvide timely support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining professional relationships
