Operations Manager (O & M) - Mining Facility

AECOM is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and maintenance for a former mining facility, encompassing the mine and tailing sites and supporting facilities. The Operations Manager provides direct leadership to operations, and maintenance staff; oversees reporting and compliance; and serves as the primary operational interface with the owner, regulatory bodies, community stakeholders, and contractors.The Operations Manager shall be responsible for all operations including organizational capabilities, monthly invoicing and cashflow, HSE requirements, subcontracting, scheduling, management of change, Business Partner Interface, and all other aspects of the Project.
