Job DescriptionIn this crucial role of you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the hotels operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and the safety and security of our property. Assisting in day-to-day operations of all Front Office functions, overseeing smooth coordination of a hotel.Ability to problem solve and creative solution maker to ensure guest satisfaction.  VIPs and loyalty members are well cared for and needs meet and expectations exceeded.Oversee staff and assist with training and developmentEffective supervision of guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processesHas responsibility is to oversee all outlets and assist where needed, including Housekeeping and the Food and Beverage outletsDealing and resolving appropriately with any guest complaints
